Lucy’s coloring book

Being in Slovenia this week, I planned to work small as I didn’t want to take my printing supplies with me. So, it’s little stamps this week. Weather seems to be getting warmer so I hope for some walks too.

Here it is. Finished. I like how it looks. Cold and foggy Sunday. We are traveling to Slovenia.

It’s back to carving today. This will be a long one. I often choose these difficult things to carve I draw too many details, but I guess that’s how it should be. Otherwise I am not happy with the outcome…

It’s time to work on this. I will try to do mixed media once a week and watercolor once a week. The rest will be printmaking. Trying to organize myself… too many interests and too little time makes me be all over the place and frustrated with not achieving results. I am not sure trying to do everything will help and maybe it would be better to just give up something and concentrate on one, but it would not feel right at this point. So, let’s see where this takes me…

Finished and printed the leaf block.

I am pretty happy with it. And then just because I had leftover ink, I tried printing these two in green 😉

New one started…

Test print. I am not very happy with this one. I will try to print it in different color and with my sizzix machine.

Started carving this today. It was an ugly rainy and windy day, but it was my birthday. So we celebrated…

Yesterday I didn’t have time for anything. We had a worker doing the wires for the kitchen and now we can finally see what we are doing. Yay! I have a bad headache, turning into migraine most probably. The weather got very warm suddenly and today is also very windy. Will spend Sunday quietly cleaning the floors and cooking. If migraine doesn’t knock me down…
