Another test print. made several mistakes, but it’s ok. Really need to order some fabric ink 😊

It was really warm today. The weather changed so abruptly and I feel a bit weird. But, it’s Friday. Yay!

It’s almost done, but I cannot finish today because I have a meeting coming soon, so I will make a test print tomorrow.

I made six cards. Mixed the colors myself. It was quite a fun. Now I just need to think what to do with the cards 😁 because I feel more coming…

Found two pieces of dark grey rubbery block I bought in the UK long ago. What a nice surprise 😊

Here’s progress on my new block:

This soft lino is easy to cut but I am a bit annoyed at how gummy it is because cut offs are hard to detach and if they are really thin they get stuck back to the block. I almost like the grey lino better. Maybe it’s just a matter of getting used to.

I made a test print of this carve:

There’s some cleanup to be done, but it’s pretty much finished. I am not particularly thrilled with it, but will print some cards anyway.

We are in Slovenia. I got a new cutting mat yesterday. It’s a square 31cm and made of glass. I have to replace my old green one and this one on the photo is too small. I will try it next week when I am back to Hungary.

The weather in Slovenia is much nicer and warmer and there is blue sky and sun. We haven’t seen those for quite some time. Pity I have to work….
