Got up early. Took Lola to ultrasound. She is fine. Now I can start breathing again.

Day 33 of ICAD. We travel back to Hungary today. It’s partly cloudy, so I hope it won’t be too horrible to drive…

Day 32 of ICAD. It rained yesterday and the air cooled down a little. Gives me hope that travel back to Hungary tomorrow without the AC could be bearable.

Card 31/61. Half way through the challenge. Sometimes I feel nervous about these cards. I look at the prints on them and have no idea where I want to go with it. I build them slowly until I feel okay with how they look. The process is rather intuitive, which suits me, but still it makes me nervous from time to time… maybe because of the challenge and need to produce a card a day. They are small but it’s surprising how much time one can spend on them. Anyway… my daily job awaits… sigh…

And finally today’s card. This is number 30 of 61. It’s back to work for me. Thankfully, it was rather quiet. Went shopping in the afternoon and bought some new summer dresses and skirts. They will come in handy for these hot days.

And here’s Sunday card. A friend came over with her dog, so we had a walk together. Lola was not impressed. He did not want to play fetch with her 😊

So, I missed a couple of days, two to be precise. Saturday we drove to Slovenia and our AC in the car broke down, so last 3 hours of drive and one hour wait at the border we had our windows down and hot wind messing our hair. Got worried about Lola getting too hot, but she was fine. Anyway, this part of the travel done. In a few days we will go to Hungary, which means 4 more hours of dreadful drive with open windows.

Day 28. Second day in Croatia, it’s hot again. We spent a half of day in a shopping mall, finished the business we came for and had a cold drink. Then we came back to the hotel and now staying in our room until evening. We will then venture out to the bar and have a drink or two. Looking forward to driving back to Slovenia tomorrow.

Day 27 of ICAD. We had a very long day today. Eight hours drive in hot weather and we are on Croatian coast. Not fan of seaside, beaches, crowds and hot weather. I come here in summer only for business.

Really quick card for today. Yes, it’s Wednesday and Wednesday means office. Off I go… 😑
