Lucy’s coloring book

Finally finished this one. It took ages…

It’s almost done. I think I will be able to finish it tomorrow. 

It was raining last night. I tried to use salt on my watercolor but it just got stuck to the paper and I couldn’t remove it. Weird…

Looks like it’s going to be sunny and warm today. Unfortunately, we have a visit to Ikea planned. I hope to get it done quickly. Like, when did a visit to Ikea ever get done quickly, right?! But one can hope. So I hope to have some time afterwards to be in the sun and maybe even have a walk… Or am I hoping for too much?

And just when you think the winter is gone, it comes back. We woke to frost again this morning. I think this was a record for the past 5 years… 21 April! Come on, winter… Sigh…

Seriously… it’s end of April and we are freezing like in the middle of winter. This is not fair.  Is this winter ever going to go away?!

Spring, please come back…

I got delayed by life and couldn’t finish this course on time. Thankfully, Jane Davenport gives you lifetime access to course materials and that takes away the frustration. I’ve been sick with some nasty intestinal virus since last week. Mother was sick the week before. So the general feeling is pretty miserable around here. The weather is miserable too – cold and rainy. Don’t want to complain too much. We’ve seen worse. We’ve seen better too.
