Lucy’s coloring book

Two images today, because I missed a day before 😉 These are 17 and 18 of 100. I carved two stamps day after day because I did not feel like doing a pattern in illustrator. It’s Saturday and I went to the market to pick up food this morning. Then, we went for a short walk, but it was really not so pleasant because of very strong wind. After that I felt too tired to do anything and I had a quick nap maybe 10-15 minutes, but it was so refreshing and I could continue with my day. We finished our little garden spot, I put down the tiles and assembled the bench and the table. Mother repotted the flowers. So, we are getting there. It’s still very dusty and we will have to do something about it, but the most important thing is that we can sit there and there is even no wind there today because the house is protecting it. So yeah…

16/100. This is my first design in Society 6 shop 🙂

It’s nice to see. I am excited to add more and then I will order some products to see how they are.

Otherwise, business as usual. Yesterday I changed my Instagram name to IndigoPink which will be my brand name. I felt a bit sad about letting lucyscoloringbook go, but it will still live here, so that’s fine. It was really not a name for a pattern design business I plan to have one day. So yeah…

15/100. Ah I was so busy yesterday that I forgot to write the post. So, here’s pattern number 15. I opened my shop on Society 6 after I realized that they ship from the EU, which is really good, so I can now order stuff without worrying about customs and delays. YAY!

14/2020. A happy playful pattern for today. I was in need of some color. My Bauhaus order finally arrived, so I am getting ready to lay tiles on the ground. It will not be easy because I need to make surface as straight as possible. There will be lots of dirt and dust… Ah well… There is no other way to it 🙂 Let me embrace the dirt 🙂

13/100. Simple digital pattern based on frenchie stamp. It’s Monday, so kind of depressing, but the weather seems to be nice, and my Bauhaus delivery is coming today finally, and there are flowers to plant and walk to have and fetch to play… so it will be a good day, I hope.

12/100. Not the best photo, but I carved a little bone for my dog, so here’s the result. The weather got rainy, but we did manage to go to the garden center and buy some flowers. Actually, we bought a lot. We also went for a short walk. Otherwise, it was pretty uneventful… Had a chat with one of my Immersion course colleagues and scanned the dog and the bone to start working a patterns tomorrow.

11/100. Little Frenchie stamp :). Went to the market to pick up vegetables and buy yogurt and meat for Lola. With mask. There are more and more people in the streets, people are getting used to risky living. Same as when we were in the war. Life goes on, people get used to living with death around the corner. At least there is electricity and water and food. Anyway… my chocolate mould arrived yesterday and here is the result:

Neat, huh? Next time I’ll try to make a photo without the fingerprints 😀 But look, it looks like a real chocolate, cubes and all, and it’s so easy to make. I also remembered to ground the sweetener and I hope this one will not be crunchy. I need to order more cocoa mass… And next time I will put some hazelnuts in…

10/100. One tenth done and I am not bored yet 🙂 It’s a beautiful day, but we were quite late for the walk, so it was short because it was too hot. My chocolate moulds arrived, yay! But stuff for the garden did not, so I’ll be eating chocolate inside 😉 Anyway, it’s supposed to rain on Sunday.

9/100. I like this one. I should start thinking about starting my shop on Spoonflower 🙂 Today is again beautiful warm and sunny weather, but we went just for a short walk because it was very busy day for me. My chocolate moulds should come tomorrow. Is it too optimistic to hope for Bauhaus delivery too? It would be nice – I could make chocolate AND eat it under my sun umbrella all during this weekend… 😉

8/100. Another pattern from the same element. I decided to go a bit crazy with the colors. It’s another cold and windy day, but much better than yesterday. We went to our usual walk and then played ball in the garden. This morning I visited the web page of our local bulldog shelter to give a donation to sponsor one of dogs there. I got really upset by what people can do to animals and have been feeling really depressed and on the verge of tears all day. Humans are such horrible creatures. Going to hug Lola. Good bye.
