This week I decided that it’s time to finish two mandalas which I started some time ago. Here they are:
Then, it was quite a stressful week and I had to do some things that I really did not want to do, which left me quite exhausted and disturbed. I finished them and all is fine again and I am happy that I dealt with them. 🙂 So, i had to do some journaling to help me deal with those. Actually, I do not know if it helps really, but at least I do discharge some of the anxiety caused by thinking about things I do not want to do… In any case, no matter what is the underlying principle, it makes me feel better. Finally, there was a bonus lesson in Lifebook 2015 this week, which means a short video and easy task. This time it was making your hamsa hand. I guess it just kind of rounded up this stressful week for me, as it is supposed to be a protection symbol. Here it is:
